Return Policy

RETURN POLICY:

Section: General Information:

U.S. Domestic - Please send us an email to support@divasonfleek.com start the return process. 

International - Please send us an email to support@divasonfleek.com to start process.

As a standard procedure, all returns are subjects to quality control inspection to be authorized. Please be sure the return item is back to our distribution center in full, in new condition, and in compliance with our return policy:

Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, hygienic liner intact, and original tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, odor, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable without exemption.

Beauty products, and accessories are non-returnable without exemption.

A 50% restocking fee will be applied to stale items returned.

Returns are processed within 10-15 business days after your item(s) are received.

We will email a pre-paid return labels, with shipping cost deducted from final refund.

Notice: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of E- Divas Gift Card. Original shipping cost will not be refunded. All items on sales are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email support@divasonfleek.com for assistance before returning.

Return packages must include a packing slip. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience delate in processing.

When sending back items from multiple orders, please fill out a packing slip from each order returned.

Return drop-offs are not accepted at our Distribution Center or corporate office.

Divas on Fleek will not be liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Section: Returned to Sender & Refused Packages

Address is invalid or missing information.

The carrier is unable to deliver your package.

The order is refused by the customer at the time of delivery.

If one of the above happen, returned to sender, or refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit minus the initial shipping cost.

Returned shipments are processed by our Returns Department. so, we cannot re-ship packages. Place a new order using the correct address. Keep in mind that we do not guarantee item availability at the time of your reorder.

Divas on Fleek does not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

Section: Reserved Rights Regarding Returns

Divas on Fleek Inc. reserves the right to solely determine and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to the following situations:

Irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing;”

Irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,

Suspicious fraudulent or criminal activity.

Section: Final Sale Items

All items on sales are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit. Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, accessories, are also considered Final Sale and non-returnable without exemption.

Section: Exchanges

Exchanges are no processed by our distribution center, instead we encourage our divas to return the item(s) in accordance with our returns policy and repurchase the item(s) in your desired size or style once your store credit is issued, in that way we ensure our #Diva.onfleek will be issued the style/size they desire.

Section: Damaged Items

Should you receive a damaged item, please follow these quick steps:

      1.take a photo of the item clearly showing the damage and

  1. email the photo to support@divasonfleek.com along with a brief description of the damaged item and your Order Number. Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will contact you to finalize the process.

 

Section: Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items. Should you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or you believe that you are missing an item: please email support@divasonfleek.com within two (2) days of delivery. Include a photo and description of the issue along with your Order Number to ensure a speedy resolution.

 

Section: Returns by Mail

Please be sure you provide your order number on the return form/packaging slip and a brief description of your return item(s), otherwise, we will be unable to process your return. Additionally, multiple order returns must be accompanied by separate return forms for each order.

Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached and hygienic liners intact.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected.

 U.S. customers: we recommend sending your return via following our return policy.

 International customers: we recommend sending your return along with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Section: Stale Returns

Divas on Fleek requires items to be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, as stated in our Returns Policy. Returns received in our Distribution Center after 30 days are considered “stale” returns.

Alternatively, Divas on Fleek reserves the right to apply an 50% restocking fee to any stale item(s) sent back in resalable condition and in accordance with our Return Policy when processed at our Distribution Center. Your credit is going to be in form of gift certificate, a special code will be emailed to you which you can use for future purchases.
